WHATEVER YOU DO don't put gaming pictures as your profile picture.
How about the logo of your favorite sports team?
Or maybe just go ahead and take a pic of yourself. If you don't put up a picture of yourself eventually people will think that you don't like it. And that's not 'cool'.
