So ever since Facebook made its new retarded change I cant change my picture. I don't have the timeline. But when I go to my pictures to change it it doesn't show the 'Set as default' button. And i know you can go to your profile, click on your picture and you can upload a new photo but I wan to use my old photos and it wont let me.

Click on your pictures, select the one you want then go down and on the right side there will be an option "Make Profile Picture". Then click it, and that usually works.
