my profile just got changed to timeline and there's this drop down arrow thingy and there's a thing that says "recent apps". how do i take this out? my colleagues shouldn't know what games i'm playing.

Go to settings>account settings>apps&websites, then your list of apps should come up, click on the app you want to delete and it should have a button that says 'remove application'
