how come whenever i enter certain applications it asks me to send invites to others everytime i enter the program. particularly the two i named above. is there a way i can skip this because i dont see the skip button the page (yes i already have done this step several times but its just everytime i log into that application afterwards i have to invite friends all over again)

These applications are doing this because they suck and they need to do keep getting people to add them in order to stay alive.
It is also against Facebook's Application Developer Terms of Service to show an invitation screen without a 'skip' button. You can report the application and the developer will be contacted by Facebook with the changes that need to be made to the app, otherwise they delete it.
Bottom line: try to avoid using apps that make you do this and they will die on their own naturally
