Facebook has changed so much, I'm finding it hard to get to know my way around timeline. I've only just found out how to delete pictures. But now I want to know how to change the order/move around pictures in the Profile pictures album...help would be much appreciated.

Profile pictures cannot be moved or reordered, the picture you made it a profile picture recently will appear on the top and vice versa.
