I have a new profile pic up, but I adjusted the settings of one my old profile pics from january to public. but has not been my actual profile pic since january. to public, will it show up in the ticker that i adjusted the setting for that one particular pic?

I don't think it will, and if it does, click the little grey earth and it'll give you options to hide it.
