facebook privacy? - m/(<.>)m/ - 11-09-2012 12:45 PM

how can i set my facebook privacy so when someone looks up my name, they can't view my friends?

After you log on to facebook click privacy in the upper right corner. Then scroll down to the limited profile section and go to edit settings. Then on the left you can decide which parts of your profile people see (including friends) and on the right you can choose who sees your limited profile.

Hope this helps!

Click the "privacy" link in the upper right hand corner. In the next screen click the blue "Search" link. After that, scroll to the bottom of the page. You'll see a section that says "What Can People Do With My Search Results." Just UNCHECK the last box that says "View your friend list." Make sure to hit the blue Save button at the bottom to save your settings. Now when people search for your name, they'll get that horizontal box with your info but without seeing your friend list.
