I might be a little paranoid... But I was just wondering if I would get in some sort of trouble if I have a Facebook profile picture of me holding a paintball gun. Am I just being paranoid?

Yes you are fine. You won't get banned for it. I would just make sure it doesn't look like a real gun.

i dont think they would even do anything if it was a real gun. unless a lot of people hate you and are likely to report you. but i doubt that
