I discored that my brad page was updated to the timeline format, i don;t want that, how can I change back, i want to delete the facebook timeline from my page!

Thats not possible unfortunately, a few months back all Brand Pages were converted to Timeline.
Its not actually possible to remove Timeline, but you can alter your own view of Timeline in your browser to display it in a single column layout, to make timeline pages easier to read, you just need to install the FB Purity browser extension and select the single column layout option:

This method is safe and it really works, you can tell this because it has over 61,000 "likes" on the page, and hundreds of positive comments from people who have got it to work.

Actually you can't. And it is pointless to add browser plugins, that is just stupid. If you add a plugin YOU ALONE are the only person that sees you page differently. All the other people (most other) that so not have this plug in will see the timeline.
On March 30, 2012 Facebook automatically updated all Brand Pages to the new format.
