I have had 2 skype accounts linked to my facebook account but when i hover over the little skype symbol next to my name on my facebook profile, it shows the wrong one.
How can i change this?
Also, how can i delete an account on skype?

It is probably just a glitch that will fix itself, there is nothing you can really do but wait for it to start working properly
It is currently not possible to permanently delete your Skype Name. However, deleting your profile information (which includes your real name and other details, plus any pictures of yourself you have uploaded) ensures that anyone else using Skype will no longer be able to find or identify you.
You cannot remove your Skype Name from other people’s contact lists, but if you never sign in to Skype with that Skype Name, you will always appear offline.
To delete your profile details:
For Windows, go to Skype > Profile > Edit Your Profile...
For Linux, click on your Skype Name above your contact list and select Edit profile.
Then remove all the information in your profile.
