I blocked a "friend" who posts stupid things about me, and tags them. Things that are not even true. Such people are a trouble in one's environment. Can she see that I blocked her?

no, once you block her, it will appear to her as if you dont exist anymore, unless of course she breaks the rules, creates another account you dont know about, and then looks at the public posts you make
