I changed my facebook profile pic but the happy aquarium pic will not change.I have already went to internet options and erased the history. I also changed my FB pic two more times and restarted my computer. My original FB profile pic is still on HA. What the? How can I change it? All my friends have changed their profile pics many times and they don't have a problem with HA.

It could just be that the Happy Aquarium servers haven't retrieved information yet from Facebook servers. If it won't affect your game, the best way would probably be to uninstall and reinstall the application.
