On the older version of facebook, I prevented my profile edits (like religion/polical views) to appear on facebook newsfeed. Now, I want that news to appear but I don't know how to get it back with the newer privacy settings. HELP!

This is enabled by default and is impossible to turn off. If you see it under Recent Activity on your profile page, then others should see it in their News Feed.
