Is there a button on twitter where i can get all my friends on facebook (if they have a twitter) and where i can follow them?

I don't think so, twitter does have an option to invite your friends through gmail. The easiest way i can think of is to post up a status update with a link to your twitter page on facebook.

There is an official Twitter application on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/apps/application.php?id=2231777543), that let's you to:
* find and follow your Facebook friends who tweet
* post your tweets to your Facebook profile or Facebook page
* encourage your Facebook friends to follow you on Twitter
It works well, you might find it useful.
