Do Facebook Ad (Advertising your business) really work? - Mrs.Pooboo - 11-09-2012 12:55 PM

Im wanting to put an ad for my photography page on facebook. Do you think I will get a lot of people with this, or a waste of money. I'm scared that since there are scam ads right with the real ads people will just think my ad is a scam ad to and ignore it. Has anyone really had any luck with the facebook ad?

Yes, Facebook Ads do really work.

You can target your audience to the nth degree on Facebook Ads, and your ads will only appear next to Facebook Users who show that photography is one of their interests. You can target by age, by location, by interests, and it will show you how many people your ad will reach. Folks spend over an hour a day on Facebook, so it's the best way to promote your business (Facebook was searched more than Google in 2010, and the gap will only widen in 2011)

Click through rate on Facebook ads is also healthy, as people will click on their own interest, and if you word your ad correctly, they will know it's not a scam.
