I've never talked to my crush before but I'm sure he likes me back. How do I get him to approach me? I'm friends with him on Facebook, but he only goes on once or twice a month so it would be hard to chat him while hes online.

Look at him in the eyes when he looks at you and don't shy away. Point ur feet at him. Make make it easy on yourself and approach him

Just smile at him, or ask him a question you already know , get him to notice you even more . Maybe he's shy and scared to talk to you. So you migh have to make the first step

Smile and get his attention. Doesn't have to be a big thing. If you saw him across the room at a party, just wave happily to him and smile. Just let him know you are around and the smiling/waving thing shows you are friendly and open to talking to him. You could also maybe move closer to where he is casually to give him more of an opening.
You could also talk to him first! Dun dun dun! lol Guys get nervous too. Maybe he'd be willing to make a move if you initiated conversation. Start with "hello"
