I hear of all these apps that will allow you to see who's viewed your facebook profile, but I need one that ACTUALLY works. And is easy to download and use. Preferably one that also lets you see if they view your pictures... but that's not a requirement.

There is no such thing at this time. All those APPS you hear of are just virus / spyware. Stay away from them.

Facebook doesn't allow people to track who views their profiles or contents. Third party applications are also are unable to track anybody.
