Keep spamming telling " plz fOllow " or some thing . Or you could make YouTube vids .

Try the Big Follow. But I warn you, it'll cost you. It'll run up your emails (spamming, people will follow you way too much), and you'll have to follow thousands of people in order to make them follow you. You can always undo this procedure or unfollow those random people. Tip: Theres a slight chance of your Twitter getting overload with tweets, so you'll have to restart your homepage over once in a while... Remember this; It'll be extremely difficult to post a tweet on Twitter with other people over-crowding it. Good luck!

talk about your twitter on your facbook, tumblr, myspace, etc. so more people see you have one and are likely to follow you. or you could join web sites that help you out with followerd but you;ll probably have to follow a lot of people in return.

There's the natural way and the unnatural way.
Natural way.
1. Make your Twitter presence visible.
2. Show your face.
3. Name your area of expertise or interest in your bio.
4. Tweet on topic 80 percent of the time.
5. Give a city name.
6. Add value.
7. Use theme hashtags.
8. Jump on trending hashtags.
9. Strategically follow new people through hashtags.
10. Strategically follow new people through searches.
11. Follow FOFs (friends of friends).
12. Tweet at people on Friday #FF.
13. Engage with @s.
14. Compliment people. <------VERY IMPORTANT
15. Write something uplifting, encouraging, or motivational.
Follow these steps and I guarantee you to have MORE twitter followers. Good luck out there!
Before I forget. Unnatural way. Buy some twitter followers. Not good.
