Well, I'm just gonna say that she lives in a different state as me. If you want an explanation of why I want to call the cops on her, go to her Twitter @PlasticBieber and read some of her tweets and btw she's 11! I just need to know if I'm allowed to call the cops on her or not! Any help is great! Thanks

I heard of her, and I don't think you can call the cops on her. She's not contacting you, so there's no need to call. Just report her on twitter to get her removed.

wow. She seems...obsessed, for lack of a better word. lol, i'm twelve and i can see how all the 'i have no faith in the future generation' got started...but unless she directly verbally harrassed you, you can't do anything.

No, he or she running the account has first amendment protecting them. If you're truly upset with him or her report the profile to twitter. If you think he or she is doing criminal activities go to this website and file a complaint. http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx

Unless she is harassing you or threatening to do harm to herself or others I wouldn't bother. Some ppl are looking for attention and you shouldn't give it to them.
