~ I'd like to hide the groups I join so that my friends can't see It.But I'm not sure If you can do that and If you can how to do It?

Yes you can.I think it's in the privacy settings of the group.Or the options.Or anything that seems like settings for the group.Just explore the Facebook interface.

Account ---> Privacy settings ---> Things I share ---> Interested in and looking for ---> Choose only me. then click the preview my profile.
