Well, my friend said apparently i was playing words with friends with him the other day (when i wasn't) but i did have teh app on my account so i deleted all my apps on there including quizzes etc. Well i went to notifications and found the other apps sections and it had things like "Blackberry Something' "How Long Would You Survive in a Zombie Apocolypse" and i clicked edit but i couldn't modify them the little box next to them could not be clicked and i want to delete them (i already deleted a bunch in the app center) and i've already changed all my account passwords too.

Go to Account setting of your Facebook. Then Notification> All Notifications Click on Edit and uncheck all.
