NO, and the groups that say they can CAN'T! It is against FB rules to do this. It is just people trying to get a bunch of people to join their group. It is fake!

There is no way to actually keep track of who is looking at your profile, since doing so would be a violation of other people's privacy. The only thing you can really do is set your privacy settings where you think is best, which will allow you to control who can see your profile and what they can see.
The newest changes to Facebook have made controlling the information on your profile a little easier, as there is now a way to preview what others can and can not see, but again it is all based on your privacy settings.
