once you follow other people, they'll follow you. they are nottified that youre following them, so they will usually start following you in return.

Change the backround post better tweets and follow some people in return they'll follow you! and i won't think if you follow someone famous like shanedawson i don't think he'll follow ya i followed him lol PLUS i followed you on twitter LOL plus try to create a backround imma to lazy to do one and i just got the sparkle one looks AWSOME! lol anyways i got 10 followers please follow me and i'll follow you!

and to answer your question...NO idea. i guess it just kinda happens? you've gotta be kinda social and start replying to other people for someone to start talking to you, usually. or just say something interesting. idk :]
