I plan on starting a GSA at my school this year, but I need student support. Since I'm not exactly the most popular person there, I figured a Facebook group might grow big enough to convince the school administration...
Oh, and I'm posting this here because the people on the Facebook section of Y!A are all catatonic.

See when you open the page of groups where your recently updated groups and recently joined by your friends groups showing. There will be an option like create your own group. Click on that and make your own group.
