There are tweets that automatically appear in my account, which I didn't tweet myself. Like this one - [4] The easiest way to get more followers is using http://retwt.me/1Ngev - Now please help me stop that from appearing on my account, I get annoyed! As well as my friends, those things were appearing in their twitter accounts too. Please help me with this! Please! Please! Thank you very much

Spammers don't care about you or your twitter page. They only care about spamming. Any place people go on the Internet will get spam. This is a fact of life. The easy solution to your problem is not to use Twitter.
Solution: Don't use twitter!
