I have joined a lot of groups on facebook, that I really don't want to be in anymore! So can someone please tell me how to delete them. ANYWAY it doesn't matter if it is the 'long' way. I just want them out of my page. And can u give me an exact description because i read the other questions about this and i didn't understand...

Go to the group and you should see a button that says 'Leave Group'. Click that and you will leave it.

Go to the group>push leave group.
