Okay, if I want to look at someone's myspace or facebook profile without becoming friends with them, is there a way to do that??? Like somehow get around the "block" or "limited" profile?

Nope. Unless you find one of their friends and get them to look at their profile for you

if it was possible to get around the privacy features, then what would the point be in using the privacy features in the first place?
