Facebook - privacy settings for applications? - Football widow - 11-09-2012 01:13 PM

Hi

How do you select which applications on your profile can be viewed by people you have selected to view your 'limited profile' only?

You can edit all sorts of things in the limited profile area, but cannot stipulate which apps can be seen. Also, in the applications privacy setion, the best you can do is select so that 'only my friends' or 'only me' can view applications.

I want some friends to view but not others - help!

Thanks.

the easiest way is to set up a second facebook page and give access to your key friends or vice versa. That way you can make one private and one public.

Facebook can be quite frustrating when it comes to setting privacy settings.

Unfortunately, You can't set individual privacy settings. There is only 3 settings in total:
Friends
Limited
Blocked

You can only limit views on your apps by putting people in your Limited friends list.

I hope this helps!
