I have a friend who speaks pretty good English, but he wants me to teach him more...over Facebook messaging. How can I do this? Skype is not an option, and he lives in the Dominican Republic, while I live in the U.S.
@Mandi it is possible, he does like me a lot, and I do like him, however, he has asked when we can start.

It sounds like the guy is pulling your leg and is just trying to flirt with you.

Just by chatting! Sometimes you can send him articles or short stories and ask him questions about them after.
