I have no Followers and so if I Tweet something then no one sees it, right?

Everything you will tweet will still be public and accessible, but nobody will get notified about what you've posted.
I suggest you get some followers, ask friends, family, use social networks and also social exchange sites that help you get more followers for free.

Want followers?Then type "followers" in the search option of ping.fm/ULQcs to get 1000 followers #teamfollowback

No one sees it unless they look for it by searching your username or something.
And you can get more followers by doing f4f and when you have 1000+ followers, you can start doing g4g (10x10, 20x20 etc) and 5rts from favs.

Getting followers on twitter can be hard, but if you understand how it works it can be a lot easier. Here's an article I've been using to try and understand how to get more followers.
