well i have a ipad and on twitter i have logged out, and my notifications are till coming up on my ipad... any help?

My iPad never did that, although it did with yahoo answers, try resetting the ipad. If it doesn't work, get help on apple: https://discussions.apple.com/index.jspa
To reset, keep pressing the turn off button (without letting go) until it automatically turns off, ignore the red button.
