I have Timeline even though I didn't want it. I look around and see everyone has it too. I did research and people say everyone is forced to get it. But then I go on my friend's profile and see she doesn't have it. Why is that? Is there some way to turn it off? I'd love to know.

No, there is no way to turn it off.
They are rolling out timeline to a few users at a time to keep their systems from being overwhelmed. Sometime soon everybody will be switched to timeline whether they like it or not.

There is no Way to Turn it off The people that still have it have not switched into it or have not been forced to use it yet I heard by Friday Everyone is Going to Have it And the Old Profile will be gone

Not everybody has it because facebook havent forced everyone to switch to it yet.
They havent specified a date when they will do this either.
BTW you can view all timeline pages in the faster loading, and more user friendly old style profile format, if you follow this simple guide:

there is no way to remove it - everyone is being converted to the timeline - it's the new look for facebook, not an optional update

it will take you a few days to get used to the changes, but overall, it's much better than the old profile
you can trick your browser into making it so you see your old profile, but everyone else will still be seeing your timeline profile, along with anything you dont want them seeing, and you wont be able to see anyone else's timeline profile then either
