You cant.
Facebook gets payed so it's users (you) get to see these ads, if you cant see them anymore, they don't get payed.
Anyway, they aren't that bad, most websites have way more ads that are so much more disturbing

Get adblock. It works for facebook, youtube and other websites with ads.
