I want to comment on certain groups and I dont want any of my friends seeing the comments, i just want other members part of that group seeing it or anybody else for that matter just not anyone i know. Is that possible?

Tell the admin of the group to make the settings of the group "Secret"

make the group secret, or add your friends to your restricted list
