I want to quit almost all my groups...I wanted to know if there is an app. somewhere where I can just check mark the ones I want to delete or do I have to just go in and leave them all?

Go to the group and there is a button you can click on that says leave the group

LOL ull have to go to all of them and on the bottom right of a picture there should be a 'Leave Group' under 'Invite Friends'
u could always try removing the group application then adding it again and join the few groups that u want

go to applications and click edit and then click on the option remove application.
