So i just download a Acrhive of my facebook, I have saved it on my Desktop. So if i were to delete my Facebook totaly, and STILL have my Archive. Is there a way where i can Make a NEW facebook profile, and some how Import my Old Archive info into my new facebook profile.??

no, there is no option for that - the archive you downloaded it just a backup of your stuff...
facebook doesnt let you import it because it's against the rules to create more than one account
