I sent a friend request to a person and facebook blocked me for 30 days =/ I can use my account but I can't comment , sent request, give a like or send messages , nothing ...what can I do? please help

Well I recently deactivated my facebook. But it looks like you either sent too many friend requests or you friended people you dont know and when they declined they said they didnt know you

You are definitely not giving the full story here.
You may have repeatedly sent requests to the person so they reported you, or you may have had other content reported whether that me private messages or general posts.
Facebook doesn't just "block" people, they will review people who have have had multiple complaints reported on them.

Blocks are temporary. Facebook has policies to stop behavior that other users may find annoying or abusive. Even if you didn't have this intention, we determined that you posted something that violates our standards or used the same feature repeatedly in a short period of time. If you’ve been blocked by mistake, we won’t be able to end the block early—but you’ll be able to send friend requests again soon. We’re sorry for the inconvenience! In the meantime, you can still use other Facebook features to connect with your confirmed friends. There's really nothing you can really do, but wait. Just message your friends, by using the chat. This happened to me before, by a mistake. I know how frustrating it is, but it happens
