You may not be able to download applications, but if you can access the Internet, you should certainly be able to access Facebook. Facebook is not a program or application - it is a website.

If you have Limited you Can However i would Recommend Keeping a Close Eye on your usuage so you Dont Get Over Charged i would Recommend Getting a Data Plan if you haveint gotton one already
