I am seeing on some pages that persons are having a welcome picture!!! what apps they are using to create that welcome picture the icon for the apps look something like this <II> where can i find this apps and what is the name??? Please someone help me!! Thanks in advance..
NB: this welcome screen is a big picture/poster that fill the entire wall...
