so i have a facebook account ay? and i dont want people from around the world i dont know and aren't my friends to see my friends list. how?

To the right of your friends list is a pencil icon. Click on that and check the box that says to hide friends list. Since facebook is constantly changing, you may have to do a bit more in order to change it, but that pencil icon is the start of changing it to your preference. You may have to "save" any changes as well.
