I don't know why people do this, but this is the reason why I don't delete ex's numbers from my phone. I want to know when they're calling, so that I won't answer it. I have one that's gone years with no contact, then contacted me about 6 months ago, with a NEW number!
It really is hard to tell why they do that, but I really wish they'd stop it.

Firsly he has deleted her off his fb page that means he doesn't want to come in contact with her.
Also, maybe they still has each other contacts and they are friends otherwise and she stills calls him. But I wouldn't.
