Do the people who set their Facebook profile to the new format choose a set of top friends?
I ask this because everyone that switched has the same 10 friends show up on their profile every time I go to it.

I'm wondering this too. According to the FAQ page that facebook set up, the friends who appear on the list are those with whom you publicly interact with on facebook the most. But I have noticed that when I view someone's profile they tend to come up on my page, even though I have not actually done anything publicly like write on their wall or like their status. There are also some who I have not interacted with on facebook at all, so I'm wondering if maybe they are people who have looked at my profile. Facebook has repeatedly stated that it is impossible to track and make public whose profiles a user visits, especially if you don't interact with them so I'm hoping I'm wrong...
