I've just joined twitter and I'm finding it incredibly hard to find people I know. I closed my old email address down a while ago so I have a new one now with hardly any contacts in the address book so I can't even do it that way! Is there any way you can connect to facebook somehow and see which of your friends have twitter?

you could create an event asking for your friends twitter names on facebook
