No, that's the whole idea of privacy. However, if you're worried about some photos of you being looked at, it's kind of your fault. When you upload it you have to be prepared to show it to anyone who looks at your profile.

No it is not possible . Facebook's policy doesnot support this kind of features . If any third party application claims to be tracking , then it will be removed .

This is not possible at all. There are certain apps that claim to do so - well, these are fake apps. It's not possible. Period.
