How can i view someone private facebook page/photos without adding them as a friend? are there any downloadable programs i can use? any codes?
the person's page i'm tyring to view has set their profile to the point where no one can add them or send them a message ect...

no you can't and to do so would be an invasion of privacy and you could get booted off of facebook.
