A boy I'm friends with made me a group administrator on facebook but I don't know what it is. Anyone?

You control what goes on in the group. You can delete posts, people and can use facebook as that group. Your in charge of making sure that group and everyone in it abides by facebook community rules.

it is exactly like a fanpage admin... u can delete notes, photos and group members

the Administrator of a Group is a Person Who has control over everything that goes on in the group
