I have googled this many times, and everything has said "851 width, 315 height" but, i try a ton of pics, and it says it isn't the correct size, and it has to be 399 in width. I try everything, but it won't work. Help?

I used a picture with dimensions 591 × 218 and it's ok for me.. Facebook never complained about it..
