i would like to delete some of the groups i have joined is there any way i can have a list of all the groups i have joined and click unjoin?

No, you have to delete them one by one.

Hope this helps. To view your groups, go to the home page, click on the "more" arrow, then click on groups. Go to the group you want to leave, go to it's page, and on the left is an option to leave the group.

No you can't. But to delete a group you must go to the page and right below the Display Picture there should be a link that says "Leave Group".
