If my Facebook post makes a sale should I get percentage? - Jayne244Del - 11-09-2012 01:38 PM

Say I hire a real estate agent to sell my house. They make an add on the web and I put that ad on my Facebook wall that ends up getting an offer for my house, should I get a percentage/fee because the sale was a direct result of my putting that ad on Facebook?
ad... sorry.

Yes, you should get a fee of about 95% of the sale price of the house.

NO, you are only helping yourself to sell your own home...they did all the work, created the ad and dealt with the buyer etc. They are entitled to their full commission...you make your money because you sold your home....all you did was click a button.
