How to tell if someone blocked you or deactivated their Facebook account!? - HoPe21 - 11-09-2012 01:39 PM

So my friend and I got into a huge fight. I went on Facebook and I noticed her name and photos of us are all gone. Did she block me or deactivate her account? I had old messages from her and where her name would be it just says Facebook User. What'd she do??

Have one of your friends use their account to search for her. If she's there, then she blocked you.

If you did not find her name in your chat list (the chat box) and in the facebook search bar, she blocked you

if you cant even see her name in messages anymore, she blocked you

if she deactivated her account, you would still see her name, but not her picture

She blocked you. When someone blocks you, that means your completely blocked from their page, personal information, everything even pictures. If you was to search her name on FB you would not be able to find her unless you had a friend log in and search for her. You are blocked until she chooses to unblock you from her block list. Sorry! It sucks fighting with friends.

If she block you, and the pic, and the name will be in black. Now facebook changed the message center, now it's really hard to tell. I think she blocked you. If you send a message, you will see a yellow triangle next to you message. I think she blocked you. I know a little trick how to message someone if they blocked you. Hit send new message, type in their email address, then click send, trust me this really works. I can promise if she will even read it.
